This song can be fairly easy or pretty tough, depending on how close you want to get it to the recording. If you only want to get the gist of the song, all you need to do is memorize the main progressions and one variation for each fingerstyle pattern. That will be enough for you to kind of wing your way through it.

However, if you want to play the song exactly like the recording, it will require a little more work. The chord progressions are pretty simple and consistent throughout the song, but the fingerpicking patterns change quite often.
