Make Your Guitar Sound Like Drums - Dynamic Strumming

Do you feel like your strumming patterns are a little boring? I want to show you a simple but effective way to spice them up. As guitar players, it is often our job to harmonize what the drummer is playing. If you can think a little more like a drummer, your playing will be more dynamic and interesting. 

Give yourself 2-3 weeks to get the basic technique down. Once you are comfortable with it, it’s a good idea to apply it to a song right away. “Proud Mary” is a great song for this.
